This picture shows just how deep we dig, to put in a proper base. We had run in to problems here and needed to put a geo-tech cloth down to help stabilize the soft clay base and now we are covering it with recycled B gravel.

job covered with recycled B gravel, as you can see it is a lot deeper than your average depth of 12" and shows the extent we go to for our customers to prepare for an adequate base.
